Why We Exist

India is among the world’s fastest‑growing talent hubs, driving global digital transformation with its expanding developer and consulting workforce. As organizations modernize operations and integrate Business AI into core functions, the demand for skilled SAP professionals across consulting, development, data, and enterprise technology roles continues to grow at an unprecedented pace. SAP has committed to equipping 12 million people with AI‑ready skills globally by 2030, reinforcing the critical importance of accessible, high‑quality skilling ecosystems.

"Empowering Youth for SAP Careers Through Industry-Led Learning"

In response to this growing industry demand, the SAP Educate to Employ (E2E) Program was launched as a demand‑led, digital‑first “learn‑to‑earn” initiative designed to equip marginalized individuals with the skills necessary for the digital economy. Initiated by SAP and implemented by Edunet Foundation, the program equips youth with future‑ready SAP and enterprise technology skills through structured learning pathways, global certifications, hands‑on project experience, mentorship, and employability enhancement. By combining technical skilling with workplace readiness, the initiative empowers learners to transition confidently from classrooms to careers in the global digital economy.
