The SAP Educate to Employ (E2E) Program is a demand-led, digital-first ‘learn-to-earn’ pathway designed to upskill and empower youth-in-need with industry-ready SAP and enterprise technology skills and successfully transition from education to employment. Initiated by SAP and implemented by Edunet Foundation, the program combines technical learning with workplace readiness to improve employability in the growing digital economy. The program follows a structured learning journey that takes learners from foundational concepts to advanced SAP specialization through self-paced courses, expert-led sessions, hands-on projects, mentorship, and industry exposure. Learners also get the opportunity to earn globally recognized SAP certifications.
The SAP Educate to Employ Programme’s initial success in South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya has led to its global expansion in 2024 India and Japan. In 2025, expansion to Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Canada, UK & Ireland, Australia and the US.
Learners are assigned dedicated learning support mentors throughout the program who help them navigate their learning journey. Participants also gain practical exposure through real-world projects and hands-on learning activities designed to build problem-solving abilities and workplace readiness.
The program prepares participants for globally recognized SAP certifications, helping them validate their technical competencies and enhance employability within the SAP ecosystem.
To make learning more impactful, Edunet Foundation integrates the support of SAP volunteers into the program. Sessions on job-readiness, learning agility, collaboration, creative thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, team performance and interview readiness help learners understand real-world industry expectations and prepare for future careers. These volunteers also act as mentors, guiding students, sharing industry insights, and offering practical feedback.
Certified learners of the program receive internship and job opportunity support through the program’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS connects learners with a range of curated internship and employment opportunities facilitated by Edunet Foundation.
